Fence Mounted Garden Boxes
Utilizing all your available space to the fullest extent is the goal of square foot gardening, here is an idea for more planting room.
These are just stapled together with pneumatic staples and then mounted with screws to the fence, along with a 90 degree L bracket to hold it together.
The wood is just cedar dog ear fencing.
The dirt is about 60% Compost, 35% Peat Moss, and 5% Vermiculite
(this dirt mix is entirely experimental, do your own research before trying it).
The boxes are lined with extra painters plastic that I had around.
